Why EPIC4?
My practice has grown so much over the years and the administrative duties have become overwhelming, taking away from patient care, and taking away time with my family. As a mom and busy practice owner, I was unable to find work-life balance. We created EPIC4 Specialty Partners so we could enjoy our profession again and give time back to our families, while at the same time creating wealth and protecting our profession. I had evaluated other organizations out there, but couldn't find the right fit for my associate doctor, which meant the most to me. We created EPIC4 with Associate Partner Doctors strongly in mind, offering them equity at the outset--with no cash outlay.
Fun Fact
I love being hands-on in the design and construction process of my offices. I have enjoyed working with my dad on office construction, knocking down walls, painting walls, etc., as well as designing unique features in our offices. I am not shy about hard work and began waitressing at the age of 11 years old. I have also been known to sing at numerous weddings, funerals and sporting events. I was also All-State Volleyball and Basketball in South Dakota.
Sami Webb Bio
Dr. Sami Webb, originally from Spearfish, South Dakota, began her practice in Nebraska in 2004. She originally purchased an existing satellite office in Scottsbluff, NE, which was open one day a week. She quickly grew this to a full-time practice, and now has 6 locations in Nebraska and Wyoming and serves patients from Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado and South Dakota. She has received many practice honors over the years, but considers being an integral part of the local communities and creating smiles in rural Nebraska and Wyoming as her largest honor. She received her Bachelor's degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Nebraska, and her certificate in orthodontics from The Ohio State University. She enjoys following her kids' activities, being at the gym, and creating beautiful smiles!
The landscape of our profession is changing; administrative duties are only increasing, and the risk of private ownership is real. Joining EPIC4 has taken away the stress and administrative burdens so I can enjoy my practice and life again!
