Our Story

EPIC4 is new--and it isn't. As former members of the original study club for orthodontists, the Schulman Group*, EPIC4's Founding Doctors understand the amazing benefits that collaboration brings to clinical care, practice efficiency, and home life.

Forming EPIC4 was a natural progression of what we have been doing together for approximately 20 years as Schulman Group members: developing best-practice synergies, innovating in the field of orthodontics, supporting one another personally and professionally, and gathering together twice yearly to enjoy friendship and camaraderie among doctors and their spouses. Now, we stand ready to bring new partners and friends into the fold!

EPIC4 Specialty Partners is a doctor-founded, doctor-centric, one-of-a-kind partnership of specialists focused on 4 pillars: equity and wealth generation, practice and life balance, integration and collaboration, and clinical and managerial autonomy. We come alongside doctors at any stage of their career and create partnerships that will build a legacy for our dental specialists.
