Deanna Brooks is the Operations Manager of EPIC4 Specialty Partners. She works with our field teams and leadership in the development, implementation, and support of systems that improve our daily practice operations. Deanna’s skills are built upon the foundation of more than 20 years of direct orthodontic experience as a Lead Clinical Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, and private practice Office Manager. Prior to joining EPIC4, Deanna spent 7+ years in the DSO space developing and implementing standardized operating protocols which ensured a high quality patient experience. She developed financial and clinical processes which supported profitability and compliance, as well as formulary and inventory management protocols. She is also an expert in the area of leadership skill development for team members within the practice. Deanna's extensive experience in leadership and support system implementations has provided immediate value to the EPIC4 venture. In addition to her career, she is highly regarded in her community for her volunteer work, and enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family. She holds a B.A. in Project Management from Northwest Florida State with a minor in training and development.
